Jamb admissions cutoff mark for the year 2017

The Joint Admissions Matriculation Board has of Tuesday declared that the just concluded 2017 jamb cut off point has not been fixed.
The statement was issued to newsmen on Tuesday 31st May by the Head, Media and Information of Jamb, Dr. Fabian Benjamin.

He also made it known to all that the committee responsible for slating the cut-off bench mark has not sat to deliberate on the actual score figure required by candidates to secure admissions into tertiary institutions.
According to the Jamb official, candidates should refrain from all sources of wrong information ‘disseminators’ as regards to the ever-going misleading jamb cut-off for various departments, faculties and schools.
Benjamin also noted that the just concluded Jamb exams results has been released and for those who still has their results withheld would soon be published. Although not all because the results are going an investigative process for those that where involved in examination malpractice.
